HUGE fuel leak...PLEASE HELP!

I started to clean out my carbs today, but found I didnt need to as it was winterized by the person I bought the bike from. After getting the bike ready for the first startup I cranked it over anda large gush of gas drips down over the starter.

I found all the gas is coming out of a black soucer looking deal (fuel regulator?) connecting to the left pair of carbs. There is also on on the right and both appear to be connected to a canaster at the back by the shock (vapor canister?).

What is this part and where can I find a replacement? I will try to post pics tonight when I have my camera.

Is the cannister you're talking about the fuel filter or fuel pump? Post up what you've got in your fuel system. If should be gas tank to fuel filter, fuel filter to fuel pump, fuel pump to carbs unless I'm forgetting something, it is early here still...
