HISS and Engine light appearing on CBR600F 2012

I have the following issue:
It’s been 3 months since I did a decat on my Honda CBR600F 2012, I’ve been noticing that over small bumps (ever since I did the decat), that the HISS and ENGINE light would come on, the bike would lose power and then everything will come back as per normal.
Recently I’ve been having issues where if I reach 8000 to 10 000 RPM, the HISS and ENGINE light would come on, bike would lose power and then idle very roughly, whether I’m revving it or riding it up to those RPMs.
The exhaust place did remove the whole system and put it back, meaning the battery was disconnected and the O2 sensor.
Do any of you have an idea of what the issue could be, diagnostic scans and dyno runs have been done and there no evidence of what could be wrong?
