You've checked your coils are OK?

Old coils can suffer failing insulation and temperature plays a part.

Simply disconnecting one plug lead at a time when the problem is happening should give you some idea

Hmmm..... how can it be that the idle is more stabil with almost empty tank??? has to be some vacuum issues. when the tank is full the idle er more unstable ( revs from 1100-1800 )
