I have been trying to take out my headlight bulb from the housing and i cannot seem to get it out. any tips?

 

Umm, there is a little latch that secures it in there. It pivots on the left side of the bulb, and you need to push down from the top on the right side where the little lever sticks out. Push down on it and it should pop-out. Then the bulb is free to remove. It's not always simple to get out, just be patient. The hardest part is fitting your hand back behind the gauges. Just wait until you have to put the bulb back in.

 

easier just to take out the gaudges...

 

thanks for the help. all the fairings, gas tank, and gauges are off the bike so hopefully theres no issue putting it back in :-)
