Naw sorry, i wanna get rid of the whole kit, windshield , seat and all!

 

such a nice looking set, I am pretty mad that I don't have the means to take it of fyour hands. saw it on ebay and wanted to cry lol! nice set, what happened to the bike?

 

im in the final stages of getting all my 2003rr plastics on it. everything is mocked up, brackets are welded, subframe has been modified and now i just need to fasten everything on, put my race take offs on, put my new exhaust on, waiting for my new sprocket and chain and then painting the frame and plastics.

I should mention this stuff has a few nicks in it from general road use, and that it was laid down once at a stand still ina driveway. The kickstand didnt come all the way down and i got off it, and it laid over like 45 seconds later. The plastic was sanded and spray bombed and you cant even notice when the plastics on the bike.

 

sounds like a nice project! the plastics you have look great too, possibly my favorite color scheme on the hurricane

its up to $250 US right now with almost 3 days left.

shipping is gonna be the killer though. if anyone has any estimates for shipping id love some input, i called ups and i got a woman who i could barely make out due to her think ebonics, and her lack of patience that would not give me an estimate,and canada post just had me going through an automated system for 20 min until i hung up.


Anyone ever ship full fairing and a seat and headlight?

 

i've shipped a complete fairing set before.
the trick is to make the box as small as possible.
after a certain dimension, the price doubles.
