Default Frame swap?

Hey I'm pretty new to the forums I picked up a 90 600 that was pretty much street fighter status but with no title, now I'm getting another frame with a title. I'm new to the moto world and wanted to see if there is any pointers people have for swapping from frame to frame including swingarm, forks, wiring ect.

Thanks,
Jon.

Have a manual on hand and check all the parts you are swapping are within normal wear specs. Also take lots of pics during the process so if you get distracted you can check your progress against the pics.
Do any painting/cleaning while it is disassembled.
I have a bike lift that fits under the engine/oil pan and provides a stable platform to support the bike with the exhaust system removed. The forks/front end can be removed and replaced without hanging the bike with this system.
Biggest pointer is to take your time and don't force anything...

Thanks, someone told me that forks are pretty hard to do? They don't look hard. Wiring I don't think is going to be a problem because my friend went to school for that stuff but I'm still going to take lots of pics. I do have a motorcycle jack because my girlfriends dad owns a Harley. Is it possible to swap the rear swing arm along with the tire still assembled? Or better taking it off?

I would remove it. It will make it easier to get at the rear shock linkage and the chain won't be in the way.

Just remove the front end as a whole assembly, Unhook any wiring, Remove clip ons, Upper triple, and slide the bottom triple off.

Also, keep a lot of zip lock baggies handy and a sharpie, put the bolts/screws/small parts together in a baggy and label it.

Then with your wiring harness, As you're unclipping the connectors, Take masking tape and wrap it around the connector, and take your sharpie and label what each goes to.

Good luck!

its the clamp system that holds your forks and your frame together.
