Dyna 200 ignition kit work on a cbr with stick coil mod ?
Did stick coil mod to my 600f1
Just got a dyna 2000 kit for said 600f I'll need to go back to dual coil setup to use dyna kit ? Any mentoring is , naturally, graciously accepted. |
Hi what was the resistance to the stick coils you used, or what were they from?
|
I believe was close to three ohms . Each pair.
|
Will check it out
|
Were they from a CBR600 f4i
|
I believe so. The taller ones. Not the shorter ones .
I do know the resistance of two in series matches total Resistance of 1 coil. |
Checked with Dynatek here in UK ,they say go back to the kits coils
|
Ahh bummer. Thank you for checking cabaret.
Let me ask you this , is it worth it to install the dyna 2000 Performance ignition? I mean will I notice a huge differance from the stock setup ? |
Not done it myself, but reading the downloads and reviews it seems a good system, but proof is in the pudding,

I'm going to put it up for sell really soon. I weigh 240 lbs. A 600 just isnt enuff bike for me. Looking for a 1000f in good shape to sink my teeth into. Thank you for the info Cabaret. |
