I just replaced the plates in my clutch put it all back together and i cant get the clutch to engage. lever moves pretty hard , clicking it into gear kills it, in other words i have no clutch. I'm new to this stuff any help would be great thanks.

 

maybe its adjusted too tight?

 

somethings not aligned right, make sure its not the release mechanism on the cover. get your manual, take it part, and put it back together step by step.

cool, i had a dirtbike that did the same thing when i replaced the clutch. took it apart, everything looked ok, put it back together and it worked. glad it was an easy fix.
