Are CBR 600F carbs all the same from '87-'90?

I am in need of a carb for #1 cylinder. So, before I go buying one off of ebay, does anyone know if the carbs are all the same from 1987-1990? I thought I remember reading somewhere that they went bigger in like 1989 or something but I don't know if this is correct and I can't seem to find any info on this so far.

From the very little I know, the identification number has to do with the "VG 20...." and then there are letters "A B B C... and then I think a 7" on mine. The second B has an outline around it.
So I'm assuming I have a VG20B but I have no idea what I'm talking about.
Can anyone shed any light on this?

My bike is an '87 and I just want to know if I should be looking for something more specific than '87-90 carb from ebay.

Or if anyone has one they want to sell.

Thanks

yes they are different, increased from 32mm to 34mm on 1998 and 1990 models and they rely on vacuum lines instead of a fuel pump, im not sure that you will find just a single carburetor but you should be looking for a 87-88 carb, 89-90 will not work due to the increased size. Basically look for any extra hoses/lines on the carbs, there should be only 1 hose for fuel in the middle of the carb, any extra hoses means they are vaccum carbs and they will not work.

@Moonlight2391 Excellent. Thanks very much for clarifying that. I do appreciate it.
