Default CBR 600 F won't start

so about a month and a half ago it ran it had some issues starting and would sometimes die at stop signs if i didnt keep the rpms up. so i took off the tank and was messing around with the wiring as i was putting on a new headlight and changed the spark plugs. now once it was all plugged it it will not start it tries and seems like it is going to when i crank on it but wont quite get there. All of the wires are plugged back in but one that wasnt plugged in before either which it looks like goes the fuel pump. idk if that is the problem maybe accidently mixed up the spark plug wires or if there is something else i should do as i am very much a noob and really wanna get this thing going.

its a green wire and a black one with a blue line. and the plug that they go to is a three slot female plug, and i cant hear the fuel pump working when i try to start it. but like i said the weird thing is that it wasnt plugged to anything before when it would start either.

If you're unsure If Its getting gas, just take off the hose going from the fuel pump to the carbs and turn it over a few times and see if gas comes out. Plug wires not being in the correct order is a pretty big deal too.

Sounds like the Fuel pump relay. Is the connector located under the seat towards the front ? Some people eliminate the pump, but you would have to pull the line off and gravity-feed it to the engine. Someone may have pulled the relay cause it was not working, the relays can get over $100.

ok so just switched to gravity feed for now and now can get it to run when we spray starter fluid in. when we does start on full throttle it will only rev up about half way and dies pretty much as soon as u let off the gas. Was thinking maybe timing issue but not sure. anybody have a clue?
