Im thinking to make this naked is is it possible to do with something like the two pictures or do I need to start welding mounts etc or is the specific digi displays and front lights that are just plug and play when it comes to the mount?

 

Yup, piece of cake. Make some custom brackets and bolt to existing fairing stay. Here's one my track bike and one on CBR600RR
