Yea it's just expensive around here for any kind of work. Picked up the bike today and was thoroughly impressed with the bike, the shop did a good job and this thing runs like a raped ape, lol. This bike is faster than I expected, it's more than enough for a starter bike. Will post YouTube vid in the morning.

Ok so I finally finished up everything I was doing to her and I think she turned out ok, I'll do more as I progress but I just want to ride her. Here's the final results.

Bike plus cost of repairs and title transfer/plates = $2200

I didn't know insurance was so cheap on these bikes, I'm at $21 a month, I would have been riding years ago if I knew it was so cheap, it's also great on gas, considering how expensive it is I might just be riding everyday.

Yeah, I pay $220 a year for insurance. And even with needing to get some more work done on her, she gets 40+ mpg. I pay almost double that in both regards for my Saab.

So I took the 'cane out today, rode great and man these F1's are fast as hell, I put a good 50 miles on her today and all seems fine except a slight rattle sometimes at idle, guessing might be time to change the CCT as the bike is at 34,000.
