bearing - headpipe
did you check to see of the bottom nut was not overly tight or the bearings are worn. could just be in need of some grease and adjustment.

Yeah, its not a nut unfortunately. I feel the "click" when straightening the handlebars. I have to order two of those bearings and what else? I plan on ordering all the parts to fix it that I need and just pay a motorcycle shop for labor. They said it would be 200$ parst and laborbut im looking to shave that down a little.
you may want to get the inner bearing races if you are going to go to that much trouble. this stuff is pretty easy to replace. knock out the old races, knock in the new ones. grease the bearings top and bottom and put everything back together.
Check on a companny called (ALL ***** BEARING) I found mine on EBAY for about 30 bucks also your going to have to change the ball bearing over to roller bearings.
will this help i saw them while i searching ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/HONDA...QQcmdZViewItem
