90 600 motor on a 91 frame?

Can it be done??

If you mean a F2 frame with a F1 motor. There will be modifications

1990 is the least year of the hurricanes. It has some slight engine modifications, along with different carboration... or so I've read.

The frame wasn't changed, so I can't imagine it would be that much different. It should bolt right in. Differences can exist however in the air box, and where it connects up.

Well I can imagine that you can modify the airbox? I really just need it to get through inspection. So the frames are the same? What about the awing arm? Forks?

i thought f2's went to a semi tubeular frame, atleast for the upper engine downrights? its probably not going to be a straught swap. i've seen frames on ebay, or do a search on craigslist/craiglook.

Doh! 1990 MOTOR in a 1991 frame (f2 frame)

I misread that. I am not certain, but I do not beleive they are the same, sorry.
