I havent been able to ride it with the new setup yet. I was going to go with a rr tail but I really like the look of the gsxr tail and I got the parts much cheaper. I've been watching your build with the rr plastics it looks good. The most I might add to mine would be a belly pan but no fronts I bought this bike with the intention of making a fighter thats why I made sure to buy with with no plastics so that I could build it how I want. The only thing that concerns me is the side I cut doesnt have the needle bearings anymore. I've sat on it and compressed the suspension and it doesnt bind but I think I might drill a hole and put a grease fitting in to keep it lubed.
Here are the dimensions I came up with for spacers to use the stock pivot bolt
"one of them needs to be 48.1mm long with a diameter of 28mm and the other need to be 48.1mm long with a diameter of 34mm both have a 3mm wide lip with a lip diameter of 35mm and an inside diameter of 15mm"
The side I cut the spacer is longer than needed but I left it figuring it would give some strength where I cut it.
