Thanks man I'm getting a lot of hold ups. My girl goes to jail, someone breaks into my house, my cuzin demolishes my tools by accident so much BS when all I wanna do is work on my bike. Oh and my cuzin stole my drop light that's messed up. I did get to buy the right paint though. VHT rattle can for chassis and frame flat black with a semi gloss look.

Well I got some time today and I got a hold of a clymer manual and the manual says to remove the clutch and the alternator when removing the engine is this really necessary? I don't really want to remove them specially the alternator since I don't have a strap wrench and that's what it calls for. Has anybody removed the engine without removing the alternator?

Got a little bit done figured I'd show the progress I'm trying to stay motivated to continue. Took off the drive sprocket it was pretty dull.

this is the paint I was talking about hopefully it will hold up on the swing arm, I read that swing arms take a beating from the debris that gets thrown around from the tire.

All I got to do now is remove the clutch I think not sure I'm hoping that the drivetrain comes off with the engine. Well I'll see tomorrow
