Default 1999 600Fx - Poor Idle

Hey guys
Am pulling my hair out with this one.
Bike cold starts first time.
Bike runs good then when hot after about 30 minutes I come to my first stop and the Bike although not cutting out feels like it wants to.
Rev to keep it going, slight hesitation pulling away and then no issue until I stop again.
Once back home the idle is just like it is surgingvand also the occasional flick of both the Rpm and Speedo needles.
Has just had new plugs, two new coils, carbs balanced and Dyno tested.
Very frustrating, any thoughts?

Sounds like your idle jet(s) are blocked, choke circuits masks the problem on start up then you have the problem when choke is off.

Agree with @Al1040 Either that, or you might have a fuel filter clogged

Thanks for the replies.
I should have mentioned bike has been in for a diagnostic test with one un official company and the main Honda dealer here, both times
the bike has come back as okay and to be fair there is no issue on start up and riding its great but its just at idle when shes hot.
Because the bike is garaged and the weather here is good I dont need to use the choke and the fuel filter is new.
The other thing is as I am about to pull away i have to over rev to keep it going.
I think I will start and check all the earths and wiring, fuses etc although they have done two system tests and came back as all good.
cheers

Sure, check the wiring, but the problem is your idle jets as others already mentioned.
