1993 CBR600F leaking fuel
Hi and welcome!
Best to clean everything up and shine strong light underneath to take look. You can get fluorescent dye that'll help you detect where new leaks starts from clean carbs.
Most likely it's coming out of vent-tube because of 2 issues:
1. leaking petcock that doesn't shut off flow when bike is off
2. leaking float-valves in carbs that doesn't shut off flow when bowls fill up.
BOTH of these have to be present. Either one by themselves won't cause leaking out vent-hose because it would stop flow.

well you are right on that i have a bunch of stuff bypassed it looks like i had one tube hooked up to the carb from the vent tube on the gas tank. i’m new to this bike well bikes in general i also got a 95 suzuki katana 600f and it’s pretty much the same situation as this one i have most of the parts but i’ve been finding out i’m missing quite a few… speaking of i could use the cover of this airbox i don’t have just the top but i have everything else filter mount and Centerpiece
You can get parts for old bikes pretty easily off eBay:

I don't think there's any connection between tank & carbs. Just from petcock to carbs. You can figure out hose-routing from online-parts places:

Also sticker on airbox:
