Is that a crack in the frame I see, if it is get it taken care of asap.

Read the last few entries in the crack in frame thread... and maybe check the spacers for wear.

Thanks for the lookout on that crack. It's on my to do list. Also on the to do list: machine rearsets, solve intake turbulence issue. I just tested my first solution, restrictor plates. They worked great, but keep the motor from going past 8k rpm. I'm going to continue development until I can get full range power at highway speeds.Name:  IMG_20110411_141936.jpg

wow!!!! You cut the frame and put the subframe of RR, more simple that adapted the original frame!!!! Nice!

The subframe support your height?

In my cbr hurricane I will convert to, but I don't will cut the frame.

The seat is the perfect height for me, and I am 6 feet tall.

i noticed you don't have a fuel pump either. is this a possible cause for not going over 8krpm? just wondering cause someone said something about high rpms and fuel pump.

Oh no, its been running great since i added the spacers to the intake filters. It now has great throttle response, has actual mid range power, and goes up to the limiter again.
