1990 CBR 600 Cali model bogs trying to accelerate

I have a 1990 CBR 600 Cali model engine that bogs when I try to accelerate. I have rebuilt the carbs and twice now. The engine was running fine before I took it out of the wrecked CBR. Any and all info/suggestions/etc. would be appreciated.

Make sure all the vacuum lines are attached and solenoids plugged in as well.
