Ahh!! 🤯 be just checked and the bearings I’ve ordered says it’s for a cbr 95-98 mines a 1987 however I just looked on eBay and the bearings on there say from 1987-2006, so I don’t have to send them back

Original washer had been superceded with part# 90506-MBL-610 (not all may be in stock):

Default cowlings

This is the best I can do for fit at the moment.

Happy with the right side, almost happy with the left.

The edges of the inspection panel are thin, too thin. It doesn't hold its form. Not sure how to strengthen it.

Hey guys!! Man I hope this ain’t a massive issue!!

so I am peeping the bike for steering bearing upgrade , I currently have the right side casing off of the bike , so I have no clutch lever operation, I removed the exhaust and I put some blocks directly under the sump,
bike was on centre stand,

I then wanted to put the bike in gear so when I rock it off the centre stand and it rest on the blocks the back wheel is locked , clearance between blocks and bottom of engine was less then 5mm

I was clicking up and down to engage a gear and then as I’ve clicked down to get 1st the lever has gone limp 😭

bike is up on the blocks only thing on the wood is the bottom of engine nothing has been caught or trapped etc , like I said I have the right side cover off so the clutch is not connected and I don’t know if this has anything to do with it , I’m hopeful but I’m sure that has absolutely nothing to do with it any help?? 😭

After watching a few videos of various bikes I think maybe it could be the drum stop spring maybe I’ve just snapped it, I’m hoping that is it as it a bit of a pain I got to take out the clutch basket etc but it’s just as replacement spring! I just hope that’s all
it is number 20
