Default RR keeps dying. RR rectifies but not regulate.

I am wandering the internet in search for help. It a 97CBR1100. I have a new battery, RR, and stator. Today I found a large crack in my RR. Tested the stator and wires, checked out fine. I have burnt through many stators, RR, and batteries. I tried using a mosfet RR.. it rectifies but it doesn't regulate. Tested with the volt meter and says everything is fine. I have some loose wires that would go to the stock speedo but I have them capped off. I'm losing my mind. What is happening..

Hi a lot of the trouble with R/R's burning out is poor connectors ,as they get hot they melt ,and cause a lot of over heating of the R/R, could be the problem

Here is a LINK to a R/R. Looks like you will also need the wiring kit in the same link.
