what is wrong with my brake disc?
hello guys, i have a discoloured fwd disc (only left one), i need your comments/experiences.
first of all, I don't use the brakes so much coz i don't ride aggresively.
i was feeling very little vibration near to dead stop so i was thinking that i was feeling every holes on the discs. also i was hearing friction noise from the discs on driveway when engine was't running, but this friction noise was intermittent as bluish spost explains now. honda service said there is nothing wrong when i was there for 600 mile service. i noticed this bluish spots on 1000 miles, some day ago. I sent same pics to nearest honda service and they said that it can happen due to heavy and offen brake use and there is no problem at all! ... so, i know how i rode my bike and i'm sure that it didn't happen becouse of rider.
I also contacted to another honda sevice and told him about discolourization and he was sure that there is air in the left brake line, it kept the pads tight, disc and pads may need to be renewed... then i gave him more detail and he said that the disc may not be straitgh.
friction noise is not intermittent now, more like a healty disc, it seems like brake pads smoothened the disc surface.
so, is it ok? do i need to change disc/pads or bleeding air from the line..? should i push honda to change this parts under warranty?
thanks in advance for your valuable comments.
