What is the correct break-in procedure on a 2007 Honda CBR 1000rr?

Yeah, I heard about the dyno break-in. Like, one pull at 20% load, one at 40, 60, 80, 100%. It's supposed to seat the rings to the cylinders' hones real good, and that's what you want, to help with compression. But we're talking maybe a couple of horsepowers.
