SV650s ergos

Looking at getting a 05 Suzuki SV650s. Currently have a 06 1000rr. For those of you that own / ridden the s version of the 650, with clipon handle bars instead of the tubular and the more aggressive rearsets, how does this compare comfort wise to the 1000rr? I want to have a bike more suited to the street. Looking at about a 8 hr ride to the mountains once a month, which I have no desire to do on the 1000rr. Other than that, it'd be rides less than 2 hrs. FYI I'm 5'10" 155 lbs and trying to get a SV650 nekkid or a 650r, but I might be able to get a good deal for the sv650s. Basically just want to know if the ergonomics are the same, or if I'd notice a difference in comfort. Not looking to spend money on new seats and handlebars risers, etc to make it more comfortable.

I've had an 04S and an 05N and I'd stay with my 1000RR6 10 times out of 10 for street manners and comfort. I'm 6'2" and 180lbs and SV bikes have a much lighter suspension. The Nekked had a slightly better riding posture over the S but I'd still prefer my RR any day of the week.
