Slip on Jardine Rt-1 too LOUD ???
Hi guys, i'm new on this but have been reading for quite a while.. Just installed this morning a Jardine Dual Outlet RT1 on my 1000rr and it's too loud, i mean window breaking loud. Any suggestions on modyfing, adding extra bits in it to make it slightly quieter?

If you know someone who is good at fabrication, you could try to make a baffle for the end of it. Part of the reason I went back to stock was noise. I like to ride the local twisties and I don't like being an unwelcomed nusance (sp) to people that live there.

Thanks guys, I'm gonna go tommorow exhaust places to get more packing material and some plate made up for the back to make the holes a little bit smaller.. See how that goes. If still loud, go stock till i get something else. I'll check the leo vince evo as well. I'll let you know how i go

When Ibought Jardine slip-ons for my '02 RC51, they had them in "race" and "street" baffles. I got the street and they sounded good, but I don't know if there's a choice for the RR. Maybe they'd trade you for a single outlet slip-on in the "street" version if they have one?

What's up dude? Hey I've sold bunches of pipes for the 1000RR, and to be honest about the most quiet ones have been the Yoshimura, and believe it or not the Jardine. There are alot of choices. Yosh would be a little bit more quiet though.

All i want is a little bit noiser than stock without having to map or pc it.. i saw akroponic website saying you don't have to pc it. True or False?
