Does a 05 cbr1000rr have a catalytic converter?....may be a stupid question haha but i'v looked online and haven't seen anything saying yes or no.

yes they have 2 down stream from the header just in front of the mount point under the engine
why do you ask ?
esentailly they do nothing
unless you have a CA model with o2 sensors

 

well....my bike supposedly has straight pipes...and i put some octane in my gas tank that says not good for catalytic converters.....so i was worried however im 80% sure mine doesn't have em...its a load *** bike

if i was to look and see, can u tell just by taking off plastics?
