Ride at your own pace

+ 1 I always try to get that message out not only to new riders but sometimes to younger riders, because you will never out perform these bikes. the only thing you will out perform is your skill. Be easy and enjoy every ride and your health.

RE: Ride at your own pace
On, motorcycling's dirty little secret... like 60% of all accidents happen, w/ non solo rides. I'm really carefull w/ who and where, I ride. It's sometimes so hard not to smoke your buddyz... but man it can get way outta control, so fast. I don't want to get in over my head and don't want anyone else doing the same, if I'm lacking restraint. I go out of my way to tell myself... less speed, more distance between riders, even pulling off to take a break. I'v'e rode in a club, 85mph all, 2 1/2' off the guy in front... 40 of us... thats nuts. That was the accepted way to do it, and I was expected to ride likewise.I won't ever do it again. It's not worth it. Ride'n w/ friends is great... but pick your wingman well. Clean and free, Ripp'n
