really disapointed about my sunday ride
Well as some of you know, i just moved to VA. (i got a new job in DC) anyways, i took SKYLINE DRIVE this past sunday and it really blowed!!
1) the curves were way to wide and sweeping, i needed to hit almost 70-90 to get leaned over far enough to drag a knee.
2)the speed limit was 35MPH OH MY GOD!
3) becuase of that, i couldnt really go fast enough, i didnt want to go to jail this weekend.
4) way to many goldwings on the rode
5) i cost me $10 to get in.
some one please tell me where i can ride in VA, i am starting to hate this god forsaken state!!
AND DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE LOCAL PIGS

Yeah, Skyline Drive is a scenic sight-seeing ride, not a knee dragger and you'll get locked up pretty quick if you try to turn it into a racetrack.
Take a camera and a lunch when going to Skyline. Same thing for the BlueRidge Parkway. They just aren't meant for anything else.
