Ok, I am looking to mod my bike's appearancejust a little

1) Powder coated wheels

I have the Silver/Metallic Silver 06 1000. I am thinking either silver wheels (dark or light) or the red that is in the letters on the tail of the bike. Has anyone seen or have any pictures of 1000's with that color scheme? If not, which do you think would go better?

2) Turn Signal

I do want the flush mount turn signals. But in addition, I want the mirros that have (on the front, oncoming traffic)mounted turn signals, exactly like the 07 Suzukis. Does any know if these mirrorsexist aftermarket for bikes?

3 Does anyone have links etc that shows modded Silver/Metallic Silver 06 1000 CBRs? I can always use new ideas.

if ya like silver so much ya should just polish off the rims' lips using aircraft stripper
just remember to tape off everything else tightly

flushmounts ? i have Greggs' on mine - kinda expensive but well worth it

Slayer1000RR, now that I have seen it with that color scheme...not sure if silver wheels is the way to go for me. Thanks again.

 

silver is hard to match right with other colors like red, blue, green, yellow...etc
A friend of mine has the 04 silver 1kRR and he had his wheels painted with a dark grey graphite color and it looks great, but a normal silver doesn't look good in my eyes!

 

im sorry buy im not a huge fan of chrome but i saw a pic of your bike chromed out on 1000rr.net and it just looked awesome
