I am going to get my wheels either powder coated a reflective chrome color or get them actually chromed....I know chrome will cost me about double and the warrenty is about half what it is for powder coated ones....what is you alls take on either?? which do you like better and what are pros and cons for each??

 

too much cleaning chrome n not enough riding. My wheels just have polished lips and they still a bitch to keep some what clean.

 

powder coating is the shiz....stands up much better than any other treatment i've seen done to rims. but chrome in general is hard to keep clean...i would go with a different color

 

chrome just needs steel wool to stay clean. would be heavier though, no? chrome looks more authentic.

I would say if you want them to look like chrome, get them chromed.

What are the price differences? I just bought an 06 Saturday(Same color scheme as TheFactor). Thinking about power coating the wheels yellow. Maybe chrome.
