I'm a new member in need of help with a small problem I have with my 2006 CBR100RR. I recently got into a small accident in which I laid my bike down; and I was wondering where to find a cheap complete fairing kit. I checked on ebay and all the kits that I've found so far for a reasonable price don't look like credible sources and the shipping is like $200 from Hong Kong. Does anybody know where I can pick something up for cheap but still has quality from a credible source?

check out the for sale section at 1000rr.net. if i remember correctly, i seen (recently) a full set of fairings for sale.

looks good man. how was the fitment?

and are those the acumart plastics? i know jim and 1 or 2 other people hasdecent results with them. and countless others that have had alot of problems with them (bolt holes way out of alignment, stickers not lining up correctly, needing to re-drill the mounting holes larger, sections not fitting, or fitting half assed, tail sections mounting up lopsided, ect).

i would look for a cheap set of oem rashed plastics, then repaint them.

 

do u know the best place to oem rashed plastics or is it pretty much find a good deal somewhere and jump on it? thnx Demon RR, 1000rr.net is gonna help alot

 

just check out 1000rr.net. you might have to look back a few pages in that section, but im sure someone is selling some.

also, some members onother cbr forums may have them for sale too.
