New to CBR1000RR. Exercisies?
What exercises or stretches do you do to stay in shape so you can ride longer on your CBR1000RR?
I am coming off a Kawasaki Concours with bar risers and gen mar footpeg lowerers on it and need to know what I should concentrate on so I can ride with minimal aspirin useage.
EDIT: to subject header

RE: New to CBR1000RR Exercisies
While I generally do abs, lower back (dead-lifting) and other training ex. as a habit. I would imaginegeneral leg and back stretches (lower back) may be sufficient depending upon your weight / height and riding position (back of seat / closer to tank etc).
Igenerally sit right up on the tank, but I hear others complain that this position is uncomfortable for them...everyone is different.
You may already know this as I am not sure of the riding position for your other bike; but keep a bent elbow and squeeze tank with your legs (inner thighs, especially when stopping) to take pressure of your wrists. I have also found that supporting most of your body weight using your mid-section (abs/back) helps. In other words...not leaning your upper body weight on your arms...wrist etc.
It took me about a week to find a position that's truly comfortable. I have been on the bike for about 4 hours straight with no problems / cramped feeling when getting off.
Hope this helps.

I know the feeling,I just came from a Thunderace with Corbin seats, and this CBRis literally a pain in the ***, but i think you are looking at it backwards, instead of exercise you should eat more crap, even to the point of cellulite to get some cushioning.

Ride more and longer each time. When I first started I was good for about an hour. Now I can ride all day long. Ride every day.
