Need Help! No brake lights!
Hi All,
I just finished installing a Targa fender eliminator on my CBR (061KRR) and was doing a final check when I noticed that the brake lights no longer work.
The fuse is good - the horn and signals still work, and they are on the same circuit.
The taillight is working as well. It just doesn't brighten when I hit the brakes.
Only other thing I've done to this machine is a Scorpion slip-on.
Any advice is greatly appreciated! I don't want to ride without brake lights!

Check to see if it comes on with the front brake. You may have move the tripping sensor on the rear brake when you installed your scorpion slip-on (BTW-nice choice of pipe).
If it doesn't come on for either the front or rear brake, then I would guess that you have a brake in your wire.

when you installed the slip-on did you mess with the brake actuator on the pedal? (im referring to the black eletrical connector that goes to the front of the bike, not the rear master cylinder)

And thanks! I love the Scorpion.
