I can't find my manual, I know I filed it away but where is the question! Anyway, this is my first oil change (bought the bike used) and I need step by step instructions. If there is a nicewebsite out there with DIY instructions for these bikes please point me to it, or if you have the quick and easy to post I could use your help. I will be going with full synthetic, I have 9,000 miles now and don't know what the previous owner used. I figure you can always go from regular to synthetic but not backwards? I did several searches and did not find any specific instructions posted already.
