Lil help... New owner

So I'm barely gonna start to ride a 1000 been wanting one for a while and can finally afford one, I've been riding 600 for 2 years.

My problem is I'm kinda short. At 5"4-5"5 lil hard to put my feet down, I want to lower my bike I've gotten a quote for the work to lower it an inch hopefully that will help but they were saying I would need a new kickstand that's smaller so that once it's lowered it doesn't stand up when it should be leaning... Where can I find a kickstand that's lower.

Ps it's a 05 cbr10000rr

Know anyone with a welder? Cut off some of your kickstand and re-weld the foot of the kickstand on.

Then paint it black again with engine enamel.

Then get a lowering dogbone off of eBay. Lower your forks a tad and call it a day.
