Default I need tire help pleaseee...

Okay i dont know much about this. I see people talking abu=out a 190 and 195 tire blah blah. What comes stock on a 06 1000rr? Also, whats the biggest tire you can slap on there with the stock rim and everything? (Talking rear tire btw) What are the pros and cons of bigger tires? Is the bigger number mean wider tire?

i think a 190 is stock,,,,the bigger the number====wider tire..a smaller tire,,190,,will probably make it fell alittle more flickable,,my cusin has a 07 gsxr ,,he runs a 190,,and rides hard in the turns.and likes a smaller tire......me myself,i,like the looks of a bigger tire on the back, lol,,,,,,but ofcourse im old and slow too

I think a 200 series is about all you can stuff in there without buying a new rim, but don't hold me to it. If your only going for looks, then its ok to go that route. But if you want your bike to handle like it should, stick with the 190. I've ran a 180 before and didnt like it all. I didn't adjust any suspension, and that may be the reason the bike felt odd, but I took it off pretty quick. Not to mention I covered the 180 really easy and didnt feel confidant in the corners with it. It just felt like the bike wanted to loose grip. It did flick in faster, but I really like the 190 on my bike. a lot of people swear by the 180's, but I just didnt like it on my bike.

If I were you, I'd run the 190. If you do mostly straghtline driving and not much in the way of corners, then the 200 may be ok. Just be prepared for the bike to not wanting to turn into corners as easily. 180, too small for my taste, 200 too big for my taste.... 190.......just right. But again, everyone has different taste in what they like.
