radiator problem resolved but guys move your right side fairing and take a good look at the radiator mounting screw on the very bottom your fan clears the radiator about 1/6 of an inch i am goint to add a washer to space mine out a little bit more i believed that when i was doing wheelies that the frame flexed enough to let the fan touch the radiator.

As I stated before, there is a recall on '06 CBR1000RRs regarding the radiator fan mounting. Take it by your Honda dealer and ask if your bike is affected. This is a free test/fix/repair and the test itself only takes roughly 15 minutes.

There is a recall on certain 06 1000s. This is because the way the radiator is bent it puts the fan's fins extremely close the radiator. If it is leaking from the back I'll bet thats what caused it. If you don'y believe me I'm a technician for a Honda dealer and I also had to get my radiator replaced at Hondas' expense.
