I have an 07 but I don't understand what your asking, "how to" or "what plugs". Im sure if you pull your tank off you should be able to get right to all the plugs to change them out. And if you need the plug info from the book I can look to see what mine says.

On the 04/05 models the manual says you have to take half the bike apart, lowers, remove radiator brackets, tank, airbox, its a Nightmare... Since ther 06/07 is a little different design, i was trying to find out if its the same nightmare, or easier... Before i start ripping the bike apart..

It is a pain in the bag because once you have the tank off, and the air box out, you still have the dam air duct in the way (which only comes out towards the radiator) and you still can't access the plugs directly. But, once you unbolt the bottom of the radiator and move it towards the tire it will give you just enough room to push the duct (which is probably the biggest PAIN with all the dam screws) forwards enough to get the plugs. I don't remember everything I had to do, but it was a cluster ****! But I'm sure I saved at least 400 bux in labor cost.
So since your replacing plugs...I recommend using BRISK spark plugs! They're like $17 per plug, but they increase the compression (research them) and I've had them in for about 20,000 miles now. I'll be ordering a new set this winter and going through the hassel again next spring.
Goodluck!!
