Ok I feel like a complete idiot but i need some help.

Cowl cover n back is stuck on. The key will not disengage lock. (cable broke or something)

Removed the seat and tried lower whole mechanism but of course the cable still holds it up there.. I cant get the rear fairing off of course just the front two bolts.


Any ideas...

Probably just stuck , try hitting down on the cowl when you use the key.

 

That sucks. I guess I would remove the front seat and see if I could get to the cable from there. Otherwise, check from the underside around the exhaust.

ya i would try pushing down the back seat firmly while turning the key. when i put a lot of things in mine gets stuck too.
