Default Has anyone switched out to clip ons?

I have a '06 1000RR and was thinking of switching out to a more agressive clip-on for track days. Any advice/opinions on clip-ons and brands?

Try to gilles clip on you will see a big different in drive ability. The motorbike will change direction with less 30% force.
Personal me i like the tall clip on so i put the vario bar edition and i am realy very impressive by the resoult.

Of course other people they like the short clip on with vario bar you can brig you bike in your pleasent position ant that;s very important and for the track and for the street also

thanks Andres, I'll try the Gilles GP clip-ons. I already installed the HRC 1/6th throttle...love it. The CBR feels a little weak in accelleration to me so I changed the gearing a little (-1 in front) and the throttle.

Big Red...Chip ons are what your grips are copnnected to. The are your handle bars. Stock clip-ons are at 5 degrees, aftermarket ones are between 6 and 10 degrees inclination. this changes your grip position.

That's kind of what I figured about the grips. Thanks guys.

Andres: If you disable the HESD wouldn't that make the stearing a lot looser? How would you do that anyway?
