Default Grrr can't start bike

Hello forum, today I changed my stator and now my bike won't start. I am also in the process of changing my fairings. All fairings are off and bike started fine the night before. I noticed that the fuel pump isn't priming. I checked all fuses but no luck. Kick stand sensor and BAS seem fine as well. I looked for the fuel pump sensor but i can't seem to locate it. I'm lost. My bike is an 05. thanks for your help.

do you have the front cowel section taken off...if the gauge cluster aint plugged in it will not run...maybe thats your issue...other than tip sensor by headlights..try that..

it was off but i put it back on. All the harnesses are plugged back in except for the headlights and turn signals. the bike never went down, I am just changing the stator and the fairings. What it is is the bike isnt priming now. I dont hear the sound when i hit the kill switch on. I checked the pins to it and they seem ok. It cranks fine but wont turn over......

Are you SURE that the BAS isn't installed upside-down? I believe there's an orientation arrow on the unit. It's a rather common mistake for no-start conditions when changing fairings.

The headlight module has to be plugged in, otherwise it won't start. It was a saftey feature installed so people can't ride without headlights.

Your BAS is on your headlights. Its the little black box in the center of your headlights. If that isnt plugged in and or not in the correct orientation, its not going to start. Thats why your fuel pump isnt priming. It cuts power to the fuel pump when it thinks the bike is on its side from not being plugged in or wrong orientation.
