Genuine CBR1000RR Seat cowls from USA
Hi,
I am after a genuine WHITE seat cowl for my FireBlade and in the UK these cost £150.00 ($260).
Does anybody know of any US suppliers (mail order) that I could get this from cheaper - often US prices are a lot cheaper than here in the UK.
Or does anybody in the UK know where I can get one cheaper?
My plan is to get it delivered to my US office and pick it up at the end of the month.
Can anybody help - I don't know if the UK tri-coloured paint scheme ever got to the USA so the white ones may not be available but it is always worth asking.
I've tried ebay but the white ones are very rare and I have just been outbid in the last minute of a recent auction so have given up with that avenue.
Thanks very much
Roger

You may also want to try www.ronayers.com. They are a dealer in North Carolina, have great prices, an online microfiche, and fast turn-around on shipping. I have had great success with them, www.superbikesupply.com is also a great place. Good luck with your find!!!

Thanks all - all the US dealers can't get hold of UK colour products so I guess I'll have to resort to a UK supplier or ebay. It's true what they say about rip-off Britain !!!
David Silver sounds cheap until you add the VAT at 17.5% then it's up to £130.00 plus postage takes you up to £135.00.
My local Honda dealer in Salisbury is doing them for £135.00 so it's off to get one I think.
Thanks for all your help again !!!
