difference between cali-version and rest of the states?

hey there i would like to import a couple of 08 blades (cbr1000rr)
to germany,
so my question is
Do you guys know if there is a difference in power from the regular 1000rr
to the California-version
due to emissions?
or id power output almost the same
like our model here in europe
we rock the "178HP" version even with o2 sensor and catalyc-converter:icon_shrug:
I need to know cause i would prefer the Cali-version
so i dont get in trouble trying to pass inspection (TÜV):icon_hunter:
let me know

thanks
David

to my knowledge, the cali version is just a stricter control of emissions. dont think there is a performance difference.

i thought so!
the salesman in cali told me the same
but than he said something like "Honda doesnt give out HP numbers!"
WTF?
They do in germany!
