That is absolutely typical of eastern countries. When I was in Bali, it was just mad. Whole familes were on scooters. I am talking about four people, none with helmets.
What shocked me was how retarded people in Florida were when I lived there. No helmet law + stupid people = very stupid people.

This pic is in Vietnam they actually had the helmet law in effect by last Dec. But here in CT state there's no helmet law either. Most of the Harley's guys like that.

very odd picture.. the helmet is an obvious. but 2 guys in a scooter and a girl on a sport bike?? odd odd odd.. should be a guy in the sportbike with the girl in the back and the other guy in the scooter. lol
