RE: chain lube
I use Honda chain lube. Works good.

RE: chain lube
i use white lithium lube, does not fling and you know where you put it on so you dont over lube it. it will attract a bit more dust than say a chain wax but that just makes me take care of my chain more.

RE: chain lube
maxima chain wax
Penetration is excellent it does make the chain look dirtier once the wax sets in |
RE: chain lube
i havent had any problems with PJ-1 blue label. it goes on clear and penetrates real well. if you follow the directions it doesnt fling.

RE: chain lube
hi , i use profi dry lube. it takes only a few seconds to dry, and is not at all tacky and will not fling.

RE: chain lube
I use belray super clean chain lube. follow the directions and it should not fling.
i don't follow them for the amount of time but im close and i get like 1 or 2 specks of lube. i think it works good. |
RE: chain lube
I use Kerosene on a rag to wipe the chain clean, then 90W gear lube on another rag and wipe along the inside of the chain. My chains last a long time. Been doing this for 15-20 years.

RE: chain lube
I have been using Maxima for a few years. I had a mechanic recommend it. I second shraz, that it puts the tan haze on the links, but when is the last time you really admired the cain on someone's bike??

RE: chain lube
I completely soak in WD40, wipe, soak in Bel Ray, wipe. Oh, I go down the road and back after the wd40 soak.
