Hi! I'm James and own a 2008CBR1000rr silver/ black bought it new exactly 2 years and 1 day ago

I love it! I've been riding for 20 years (27yrs. old now) and it's easily one of the best bikes i've ridden yet. I am in the military and currently reside in San Diego, if any one is looking to meet up for a ride let me know-Thanks!........

One quick question.....I elminated the Tail myself, I was wondering if anyone knew if it was illegal to mount the license plate by the rear swing are on the left side above chain guard? Or if the license plate is in a clear non-obstructed view i should be good to go right?

it varies from state to state usually as long as its visible from 25 feet away (whatever that means) but california is very strict but cops are usually interested in other affairs.
