CBR1000rr 2008 no cut frame sliders?
hihi!
I'm from Singapore and i own a CBR1000rr '08. I've been searching for frame sliders that come with brackets that does not require one to drill holes in the side fairings. I have did a market search in my country and there is none avaliable. I even did a online search but still no finding, except for this picture which i found.

Kindly note that the bracket holding the slider into place is hidden behind the yellow fairing.
Does anyone here know where i can get these online? Could you give me the link pls? i wish to ship a set over to Singapore. thanks!

That is a picture of my bike. The frame sliders are sold by a sellar on ebay named "sportbikedetails".
The sliders are not in a "useless" spot. I bought an extra set of sliders ends just so that I could lay her on the ground and see how they work.
I sent you an email also with this name.

besides a garage tip over, they look to be in a bad spot. no-cuts are not equal to cuts, and 9 out of 10 I've seen relocate the slider to a spot you pray it never bends or you just thought the cost of a fairing was high. just my 2 cents, but I seen very few no-cuts hold up in a real crash.

I would rather replace damaged components, than drill a fricking hole in the skin of my baby for no better reason than just in case.

Honestly with that attitude wtf do you wear gear then???

thats your choice, at least youre not half assing it. And IMO its not a what if, its when, because it will eventually happen regardless of how much anyone wants to think it what happen to them.

Im with him tho, I dont like sliders if i'm in a bad enough crash for them to "protect the frame of my bike" which is what they are for.. not for the plastics... then 99% of the time insurance will total out the bike anyway. besides. I just dont like the way they look anyway so thats why I dont have them on my 1kRR.
but to each there own.
