I was cutting on a stop light from 1 lane 2 an other and a had to stop in-front of a bus, the light was red, but the bus went forward a bit more and got me in the shoulder, dragged me for less than 1 feet and stopped.

thank god he stopped, he pinned me right foot to mi bike so he was pushing my foot to the bike, I had some sidi boots and thanks to them my leg did not break, its swollen and bruised but no breaks, my shoulder got dislocated but wen I got up it popped back in.

I'm in good shape considering that a bus hit me, but my bike got scratched up.

I need to buy the fairing (left) the one that has the repsol decal, I have an 2007 repsol.
any ideas where can I buy it, tried ebay but no luck. the only have 05's

well I would say, since its not your fault and will be at the expensive of the driver or the company he works for...take it to a dealer and get one from them. I wouldn't sacrifice an after market one of poor quality unless it was definitely my fault.

 

cops said I was at fault so the way that I was cutting across.
so I have to buy the parts.

I called into my mates shop to pickup my rear seat cowl that just arrived from the USA.
Parked 10 feet from rear of a 4wd.
When i cam out of the shop , some bystanders said that the 4wd driving off had just backed into my new repsol.
The fairing had a crack either side just under the headlights.
Lucky I had the steering locked as she pushed it back over a foot. Imagine the damage if it went over !!!!
I wrote her rego number on my hand, she must have seen me do it as she came back.
The stupid bitch claimed that I parked too close to her.
Anyway , her husband turned up and said he would rather pay for the fairing instead of go through insurance.
Checking the price today, but my mate who owns the local bike shop tells me to be prepared for a shock.
