been riding my friends 1k ninja special edition
this is the first time that I have ever ridden a bike. for the first time last week i got on it...it killed on me a few times but I have gotten used to riding it...i stated in an earlier post that I was going to get a cbr 1k when they come out and i plan on sticking to my word. the ninja is a good bike and i think that i'm almost used to riding it...i have crazy thoughts about putting it in the air but i know that i'm nowhere near ready for that nor do i need to be road kill. hopefully everthing goes fine from here on out with my learning curve...i'm still in possession of it and will ride it until he decides to pick it up....there is nothing like going to the gas station and paying 7 bucks for premium....lol....until then...wish me luck...i will see you guys soon as i get my new cbr and post some picks....take care..

we have been friends since junior high school...it's a 1k ninja...i was joking about attempting to pick the bike up...the statement was just the fact that i'm not "comfortable" with the bike so to say...but i'm beyond the stop and go part of learning....no doubt i'm a NOOB...and i know being cocky on a bike could lead to another set of problems a la the emergency room and morgue and lastly ebay....just bear with me...i may be cbr bound soon enough...

ummm...steve...that's a dumb comment..not everyone lusts after a litre bike if they have a 600...hop over into the f4i forum...there a lot of guys who don't care about the 1k...they're nice and all but i am not upset about my 600.....besides, like everyone says...it's the skill of the rider....you may get to the turns quicker, but i'll beat you in the turns every time.....

the 600 is to small for me ,im 6 4 and even feel cramped on the 1000 bikes which are not that much bigger then the 600 s.the people i know wanted a 1000 bike after they got the 600,im not saying they where not happy with the 600.ive ridden the f4i and it is 1 of the easyest bikes out there to ride,a very good first bike.
